Refund policy

-If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. All you have to do is contact us at nancymdraws@gmail.com with some photos and your order number and I will arrange this for you.

- If you would like to cancel your order, this may be possible by contacting us at nancymdraws@gmail.com before the production of the item has started.
